What
A shell command can contain a nested command, one written inside another whose output is used in its place. Claude Code now marks a command as too complex to check when a nested command contains any of these:
a comment
a heredoc, a block of text fed into a command
brackets that do not match up
The reason shown is "A nested command in this command can't be checked before it runs".
Why
More shell commands will now ask for your permission before they run.
