What
When Claude Code asks permission to run something, it can suggest an always-allow rule, a rule that lets the same action run without asking next time. For one kind of tool request, the check that decides whether to offer that suggestion now removes a trailing port number from the rule before comparing it. A port is the number after a colon at the end of an address, such as :8080.
Why
This changes which permission prompts offer an always-allow suggestion, so a rule that differs only by a port number can now match.
