What
The artifacts list has an 'All' filter. It used to show every item. It now leaves out items that are marked as not belonging in 'All'.
When the list is cleaned up, it now also cancels any operation that is still in progress.
Why
What you see under 'All' may change. If an item you expect is missing there, it may be one of the items that is now left out.
