What
Claude Code shows replies as a stream of text that arrives piece by piece. It now keeps counters about that stream:
- how many pieces of text it sends
- gaps longer than 500 milliseconds
- how late its timers fire
- turns held back and sent whole
Why
These are internal measurements of how text streams in remote sessions. They do not change what you see.
