What
The timing list for startup and the start of each turn gains four phases: conversation_append, init_frame_send, loop_entry and request_announcements.
The SDK is the toolkit programs use to drive Claude Code. Its first setup message at startup now records init_frame_send and conversation_append, and a timing report is made when the turn starts.
One message appears when writing an artifact needs a person. It now says "no one is present in this scheduled task run" where it used to say "routine run".
Why
The timing change records startup delays in more detail and does not change what you see. The reworded message uses the name scheduled task where it used to say routine.
