The part of Claude Code that runs a remote session (a session running on another machine and shown to you elsewhere) has been reworked:
- It now keeps track of output rows (the lines of activity shown to you) that the client is still owed, and of whether display hooks are in use and have been seen.
- Its own rows can now wait behind rows that are being sent again.
- The earlier wait for the session to first go idle was removed and replaced.
- An internal switch about keeping request IDs was renamed and still defaults to off.
Two remote switches for these sessions still fall back to off when the server sends nothing.
This is internal rework of how remote sessions order the output they show.
