Two separate changes:
Token reminder: tokens are the units the model counts text in. Claude Code no longer includes the line telling the model how many tokens it has left.
Design tool name: the Design tool's create-project action now shows as "Design: Create design system project" instead of a name built from the action itself.
Why
The model is no longer reminded how much room it has left in its token budget.
