Unclear Whether this changes which settings files trigger a trust prompt is not known.

What

Claude Code warns you when a folder contains settings files that need your trust, such as .claude/settings.local.json. The list of project and local settings files that trigger this warning is now built in a different way. A new step also decides whether any file on that list falls outside the allowed set.

Why

This may change which settings files cause a trust prompt when you open a project.
