Managed settings are settings an organization's administrator sets for everyone using Claude Code. A new step in the startup and sign-in flow shows "Loading your organization's managed settings…" while those settings reload. If the reload finds that your organization's configuration blocks you, Claude Code moves to the screen that says your organization's setup is blocked.
