Claude Code hides Opus when the Opus model alias resolves to a "never" value. The opus alias is the name that ANTHROPIC_DEFAULT_OPUS_MODEL can point at a specific model. This check now has an exception: under a further condition, it is skipped when the alias equals the model currently in use.
