Unclear It is not clear which kinds of session this reminder applies to.
What
Claude Code has a new check for the end of a turn. It looks at Claude's last reply for links to files on your machine, such as computer:// or file:// links, or paths inside the working folder or /tmp. If one of those files was not sent with the tool for sending files, Claude gets a hidden reminder to send it or end the turn. The reminder points out that a link to a file that was not sent may not open, and that you cannot see the reminder.
This is controlled by a remote switch. The flag server returned off for this site's account and for the anonymous baseline.
Why
It changes what Claude does at the end of a turn, so you are less likely to get a link to a file you cannot open.

The flag server returned off for the account this site reads and for the anonymous baseline. A reading of off cannot rule out a rollout these two readings sit outside of.
