Streamed markdown replies now reset table tracking in one case

Claude Code shows a reply piece by piece as it arrives. While doing so, it keeps track of whether a markdown table (a grid of rows and columns written in plain text) is still open. In one case it now clears that record before it displays the remaining text. Before, it displayed the remaining text and kept the table state as it was.
