What
When sending a feedback draft fails, Claude Code records the failure in its telemetry, the usage data it sends about how it runs. That record now includes the HTTP status code and the request ID when they are available. Before, it only said whether the draft came from the current session.
Why
The extra details make it easier to work out why feedback failed to send.
