Diff snapshots now handle files with Windows line endings

When Claude Code takes a snapshot to work out a diff (the list of changes to your files), it now checks which files use Windows-style line endings, called CRLF. It runs a conversion step on those files and reports which ones were converted, along with the details it already reported.
