What
Two small changes affect how Claude Code draws text in the terminal:
Quoted blocks in Markdown, the lines that start with >, now go through an extra processing step before they are shown.
The permission prompt, which asks you to approve an action, now takes the width of the terminal into account when it works out how many rows it can use.
Why
These are minor fixes to how the terminal display looks.
