On one path, the display of a tool's result is now told that the tool was interrupted. Separately, when Claude Code refuses a tool for permission reasons and the reason was a safety check, the refusal is now labelled as a safety check instead of only as an "other" reason.
Why
Other parts of Claude Code can now tell a safety-check refusal apart from other refusals.
