What
Claude Code now checks whether a network proxy (a server your traffic is routed through) is set before offering its chart tool. When one is set, the tool is not added and a debug line reads "no chart tool: a proxy is set". Without a proxy, the tool is added as before.
Why
If you work behind a proxy, Claude cannot draw charts with this tool.

Feature flag
tengu_virtual_toastOff in both readings
The flag server returned off for the account this site reads and for the anonymous baseline. A reading of off cannot rule out a rollout these two readings sit outside of.
