What
A SessionEnd hook is a command that runs automatically when a session ends, and plugins (add-on packages) can supply them. When Claude Code collects these hooks, it now leaves out SessionEnd hooks from some plugins, based on a check of the plugin's folder. Before, every plugin hook was returned.
The checks for whether any hooks are present now also count hooks still waiting to be run.
Why
It changes which plugin SessionEnd hooks run when a session ends, so a plugin hook you rely on may stop running.
