What
Claude Code's internal state now covers two more things:
Reconnecting when a search happens, recorded with the reason on_search.
A kind of background task for memory work that runs after a turn, called post_turn_memory. A turn is one exchange: you send a message and Claude replies. One of Claude Code's task filters leaves this kind of task out.
Why
These look like groundwork for reconnecting to a tool server when you search, and for memory work that runs after Claude replies. Nothing here shows either one doing anything you can see yet.
