When you click the empty track of a scrollbar, away from the bar you can drag (the thumb), Claude Code now jumps to that spot once and then stops. Before, any click started a drag that kept following the pointer. Small pointer movements within a tolerance when you let go are now ignored.
Dragging that starts on the thumb works as before.
Why
Clicking the track should feel steadier, without the view drifting as your hand moves.
