Unclear How an organization lets a plugin through on a restricted event is not described.
What
Hooks are actions that run automatically at set points, and plugins can bring their own. An organization can restrict some hook events so that only its own plugin runs hooks on them. When Claude Code passes over plugin hooks for that reason, it shows a message.
That message used to say only your organization's own plugin runs hooks on these events. It now also lists plugins that may reopen those events, and its wording adds ", or one it lets through". Claude Code also notes whether an event was reopened.
Why
The wording means organization settings can let some plugins run hooks on events that are otherwise restricted, and the message tells you which plugins those are.
