What
Claude Code has a resource watchdog, a background check that notices when things such as disk reads take too long. When a disk read misses its deadline, the watchdog still marks the read as stuck. It used to write a log line about it every time. It now writes that line only when a certain condition holds.
Why
This cuts down on repeated log lines about stuck disk reads.
