What

When Claude Code wraps text to fit the terminal width with forced breaks, it now checks whether any lines are still too wide afterwards. If so, it wraps them again one character at a time, measuring how wide each one shows on screen. Before, it used the first wrapping as it was.

Why

Wide characters, such as many Chinese, Japanese and Korean characters and emoji, should no longer push lines past the edge of the terminal.
