Unclear It is not clear whether this applies only in fullscreen mode or whether it is behind a setting.

What

In fullscreen mode, a dialog that asks you something, such as a permission prompt or a question from Claude, can now scroll into view on its own. While the dialog is not fully visible, keypresses that would answer it are held back, and they are only accepted after a short delay once it is.

Why

This makes it harder to answer a permission prompt by accident when part of it is scrolled off the screen.
