What

Pressing an exit key once in Claude Code shows a hint asking you to press it again to exit. The hint is now built from the key you actually pressed. After ctrl+d it can read "press ctrl+d again to exit"; other cases read "press ctrl+c or q again to exit" or name the key pressed. Before, it only ever mentioned Ctrl-C (or ctrl+c or q).

Why

If you exit with ctrl+d, the hint now tells you the right key.
