What
Plugins are add-on packages that can react to events in Claude Code. One of those events is command.describe, which concerns a command's description, its argument hint and whether it is hidden. Claude Code used to check those three fields directly at that point. It now passes them through a shared helper step instead.
Why
This looks like a tidy-up of the code. Nothing suggests that plugins or users will see different behaviour.
