When Claude Code describes the permission it is asking for to use the artifact tool, that description can now show one more sharing state, agent_scoped. Before, it could only show an unknown state or a shared state.
Why
In practice, a permission prompt for the artifact tool may now carry a label you have not seen before. It describes a sharing state limited to an agent rather than a plain shared one.
