What
The dumpPrompts debugging feature records the requests Claude Code sends to the API. When a request body arrives as raw bytes rather than text, it is now converted to text before being written to the dump. Before, the body was passed through unchanged.
Why
Dumps no longer break when a request body is binary data rather than text.
