What

In headless mode, Claude Code runs without its interactive screen, for example from a script. In this mode it used to start loading memory context as soon as it took the next command from its queue. That early start has been removed.

Why

Memory context is no longer fetched ahead of time at that point. This may change how long a queued command takes to get going.
