What
A skill is a packaged set of instructions and files that Claude Code can use for a particular kind of task. The run skill, which comes bundled with Claude Code, now includes a script at skills/run/scripts/install-tools.mjs. The previous build did not have this file.
Why
The file's name suggests the run skill can now set up tools it needs by itself rather than relying on them already being present.
