When Claude Code resumes an agent and something is missing or does not match, it reports a reason code in its usage data. Two of these codes were renamed:
subagent_resume_sidecar_missing_seeded is now subagent_resume_sidecar_missing_held
subagent_resume_type_unmatched_seeded is now subagent_resume_type_unmatched_held
Why
Any dashboard or report that looks for the old names will stop matching and needs the new names.
