Esc in the Help dialog closes an inner list before the dialog

In the Help dialog, Esc now closes an open inner list first, and the cloud session screen drops its 'Cloud session' title

When a list inside the Help dialog is open and handling the Esc key, the dialog's own close-on-Esc and its tab switching are now paused. Before, Esc always closed the whole dialog. Separately, the cloud session screen no longer shows its 'Cloud session' title.

Why

Pressing Esc now closes the inner list you are in rather than throwing you out of the whole Help dialog.
