What
When a skill runs in its own separate agent and finishes successfully, Claude Code records how its work was verified. That record used to hold only the method. It now also holds the git checkout, meaning the copy of the code it worked in. The checkout is worked out from the skill, and also when such an agent is resumed.

Verification records are now tied to a specific git checkout.
