What
A cloud session is one that runs on Anthropic's servers rather than your computer. When one wants to use a folder on your computer, Claude Code already recognised three reasons it might have to wait: permission is required, it was declined, or it is unavailable. It now recognises a fourth: the session is not yet limited to your trusted devices.
In that case it explains that you need to agree to that limit permanently, and that you give your answer in Claude on the web or in the desktop app.
