What

Claude can pick up comments left on an artifact's comment thread and reply on its own. When it holds back from doing that, it shows a notice. Under a newly added mode, those notices use new wording, for example:

  • "this session has reached its hourly limit on comments it picks up unprompted"
  • "while this session is in plan mode they wait"

The notices also name the tool to use for reading and replying in a way that takes the artifact into account. Outside that mode the old short notice about the hourly cap remains.

The new text says more plainly why a comment has not been answered yet.
