Claude Code has an internal step that converts certain pieces of text. It applies only to text that contains a particular marker and is under a size limit. Before, one extra condition made the step skip some of that text and return it unchanged. That condition has been removed, so the conversion now runs on all text that has the marker and is under the size limit.
