What
Two changes:
When Claude Code starts a teammate (another Claude session working alongside it), the start command now includes a permissionRules option.
Registering a folder in a workspace that runs in the background is now rejected if the folder is not inside the workspace root, or if any part of its path starts with a dot, such as .git.
Why
Both changes tighten security. They limit which folders a background workspace can take on and pass permission rules on to teammates.
