When you send feedback from the feedback card and it fails because your organization does not allow it, Claude Code now records that the organization refused it before the card shows its error state. Before, the card went straight to the error state, with no record of why.
Why
Feedback blocked by an organization's policy can now be told apart from other failures, which may mean a different message when this happens.
