What
MCP servers are outside programs that give Claude Code extra tools. Some of them are SDK servers, built with the Agent SDK. Claude Code's lookup for desktop connector tools now handles these servers too. It matches tools carrying either of two desktop markings and reports a "conflicting" state when a tool carries both. Before, the lookup worked by URL only.
