Jumping between search matches in the transcript scrolls more reliably

When you search the transcript, meaning the list of messages in a session, and move to the next or previous match, Claude Code now checks whether the message is visible and scrolls it into view. Before, it scrolled to a fixed position. If you turn search off while a jump is still pending, the jump is cancelled.
