What
Claude Code keeps stored state about device MCP servers. That storage now handles more than one kind of state and can delete entries as well as read and write them. Its error messages now say "state" instead of "consent", for example "device-mcp state delete failed".
Why
Stored device MCP state can now be removed, which supports taking a decision back.
