What
A tool call is one action Claude takes, such as running a command. When one runs on a remote host, Claude Code can later send Claude a correction note about it. That note can now say the call "was reported as interrupted". Separately, an error result from a related helper no longer carries an "interrupted" code or the host name.
Why
Claude can now be told that an earlier remote action was cut off, not just that it failed.
