What
The reminder about lost tool calls now tells Claude that the session restarted during its previous turn. It is marked as critical, opens with "This session restarted during your previous turn.", and warns that tool calls from that turn may not have run. A tool call is Claude asking to use a tool, such as running a command.
The reminder is added only when a remote switch is on, and it is off unless the server turns it on. In readings taken before this release, the server returned off both for this site's account and for an anonymous one.
Why
It stops Claude from wrongly assuming that tool calls interrupted by a restart actually finished.

Feature flag
tengu_iterative_lightningOff in both readings
The flag server returned off for the account this site reads and for the anonymous baseline. A reading of off cannot rule out a rollout these two readings sit outside of.
