What

A tool call is Claude asking to use a tool, such as running a command. When a session is resumed, Claude Code can now add an urgent reminder telling Claude that some tool calls were lost. The reminder is only added when a remote setting switches it on. By default it is off.

Why

In practice, nothing changes unless the server turns the reminder on.

Flag reading moved The flag server now returns nothing at all, having stopped carrying it for tengu_iterative_lightning, read as this account. A reading is one sample. Claude Code evaluates its flags remotely, so no client sees the targeting rule behind a value and this says nothing about your account.
