What
Claude Code sends usage data, called telemetry, about how messages between agents are delivered. That data now also includes a value saying whether the message came from a subagent, which is a helper agent that Claude Code starts to work on part of a task.
Why
This only changes the usage data Claude Code reports. It does not change how Claude Code behaves.
