What
When Claude Code runs on cloud infrastructure, an agent proxy handles its network traffic. If standalone relay mode is set, the proxy now stops before starting its hosted relay and logs that the hosted relay was not started.
The code that refreshes trusted certificate authorities (the certificates used to check secure connections) was also reorganized, and it now always records whether the system's own trusted certificates are in use.
Why
This affects how network traffic is routed when Claude Code runs on cloud runners.
