What
Claude Code's local HTTP proxy, which passes web requests on for it, gains two options:
Connect-only mode: it accepts requests written as a full plain web address (http://host[:port]/path) with no username or password in them, and answers malformed ones with an error.
An option that stops the proxy's listener from keeping the Claude Code process running on its own.
Why
This is internal plumbing for how Claude Code runs in hosted environments, and it changes nothing you set yourself.
