What
When a tool use is rejected, Claude Code sends a usage record. Under one internal condition, that record now notes whether the automatic classifier was active. The classifier is the part that decides on its own whether a tool use may go ahead. When the decision was to allow, it also notes who approved and the kind of reason given.
