Unclear Which setting or switch turns on the new automatic approval for a first publish is not known.
What
When Claude Code writes to an artifact, it decides whether it can go ahead without asking you. That check now also looks at:
any allow rules you already have for the artifact's address
whether the current turn was started by a person
any pending detach or reseed of the artifact
A first publish, which has no address yet, can now also be approved automatically.
Why
This changes when you are asked for permission before an artifact is published.
