What

Claude Code has a set of restrictions it can apply to a session, including an existing one that stops commands from running outside the sandbox (a fenced-off area that limits what commands can touch). A new restriction now sits beside it, disableMessagingBeyondOwnAgents. It appears to limit an agent to messaging only the agents that belong to it.

Why

It adds a way to narrow which other agents a session can talk to.
